A focused start.
A better way forward.

A small delivery team, one valuable workflow, and an agreed measure of success. Here’s how we work together.

Make the outcome
concrete.

The real work lives around the code: understanding the business, making decisions, and getting people and systems to work together.

Choose one valuable workflow

We start with a problem that has a clear owner and a consequence you can describe. Together, we establish what happens today and what would make the change worthwhile.

Agree the first commitment

The initial scope names the deliverables, the people involved, the systems we need to understand, and the acceptance criteria. It also makes the assumptions and dependencies visible.

Use the right first step

For new software, that can mean defining the first useful release. For an existing estate, it starts with analysis, specifications, and a roadmap before a separate build scope.

Close to your people.
Accountable for the work.

Our delivery team works alongside yours, with a named owner on each side and access agreed for the scope.

01

Your business owner

Sets the direction, brings the right people into the conversation, and accepts the outcome against the agreed criteria.

02

Our delivery lead

Connects business context to a practical scope, coordinates decisions, and keeps the commitment visible as the work progresses.

03

Engineering and the factory

Build the software, connect the necessary systems, check the result, and document the knowledge needed to keep it useful.

01

Embed

Get close to your business. Pick the first outcome.

02

Instrument

Connect the context, systems, and measures that matter.

03

Expand

Use what works to take on the next valuable workflow.

04

Operate

Maintain and improve the capability as your needs change.

Know what’s next.
Know what’s yours.

A useful engagement leaves your team with working software and the ability to understand it.

What we need from you

A person who owns the outcome, access to the people who know the workflow, and the system access agreed for the work. We identify any decisions or dependencies that need your attention.

How the work is accepted

The result is reviewed against the agreed requirements and evidence. Where the goal is an operational improvement, we also agree how to observe it in use. Open issues and exceptions remain visible.

What you own

You own the delivered code, specifications, and evidence. We document the operating knowledge so your team or a successor can take over. Factory access, ongoing maintenance, and additional workflows are agreed separately.

A few practical
questions.

How long does the first engagement take?

We agree timing after understanding the workflow, access, dependencies, and acceptance criteria. The first proposal sets a bounded scope and milestones around those facts.

How is an engagement priced?

The proposal defines the initial discovery or delivery scope and its commercial terms. Continuing factory access, support, and additional workflows are agreed separately.

Can we keep our existing team and tools?

Yes. We work alongside your team and assess the systems and tools already in place. Any change is tied to what the selected workflow needs.

What happens when we need to change the scope?

We make the change explicit, review its effect on the outcome and delivery plan, and agree the updated commitment together.

Can you start with a legacy system?

The first step is a bounded assessment of the estate and its available documentation. We agree the analysis and specification work before committing to implementation.

What could be
better?
